This coaching session is usually 1-2 hours in length and provides a clear, step by step reference model and guidelines (developed and owned by the Centre for Corporate Health), as to how to prepare, initiate, have the difficult conversation, progress and follow up with agreed outcomes. This practical session incorporates scenario examples, suggested dialogue and tailored advice.
