Q: Do I have to do all the modules or can I elect to do just a few?
Each participant will be advised on which modules are most suitable for their individual circumstances.
Generally speaking, we recommend all 6 modules are undertaken for maximum participant benefit, however there may be circumstances when this is not required.
Q: I'm not an injured worker, but still interested in participating, can I?
Yes! Participation in this program is open to anyone and provides a practical and effective preventative risk management strategy against the potential of psychological injury in the future.
Q: How long does the program run for?
Modules are facilitated via the face-to-face workshops and as the content for each module varies, so does the duration. As a guide, each module may run anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.
Additional time is likely to be required for the self-reflection activities, coaching support and online support; however this will be impacted by the individual needs of each participant.
A four week express program is available.
Q: How much does it cost?
Modules can be purchased individually or as a package. The modules included in each package are determined by individual requirements. Discounts are available for purchasing modules in packages and for organisations requiring multiple staff members to participate.Contact us for a tailored quote.
