The Resilience Box™ is a revolutionary new education program which has been specifically designed to strengthen personal emotional resilience through enhancing psychological wellbeing.
Strong emotional resilience is vital to positive mental health and psychological wellbeing. Emotional resilience is not a trait we are born with, but rather a series of learnt behaviours and with the right tools and techniques, anyone can enhance their own personal emotional resilience. Improved emotional resilience allows us to better manage stress, deal with change and maintain positive relationships.
The Resilience Box™ program is the result of over 13 year’s research into workplace stress and psychological injury by the Centre for Corporate Health and brings together the latest evidence-based research rehabilitation methodologies from Resilia to assist recovery from workplace psychological injury.
The 2012 RUOK? Australian Workplace Relationships Survey revealed that 48% of people take time off work when they perceive they have a workplace relationship issue. A focus on in-depth, quality emotional resilience training can equip participants with the skills required to deal with workplace issues, resulting in reduced employee work absences and improved team productivity.
